Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.02(A)(1)(a), the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy hereby states that all notices of the meetings of the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy and any of its committees and subcommittees will be posted at the office of the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy at 1616 W. Adams St., Suite 120, Phoenix, Arizona 85007. This location is open to the public Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., except for legal holidays and State mandated furlough days. Notices will indicate the date, time, and place of the meeting and will include an agenda or information concerning the manner in which the public may obtain an agenda for the meeting.
BOARD MEETING CHANGES TO MARCH 25-26, 2020. Due to the current CDC recommendations and with the Board's direction, the meeting next week will be limited to a few pressing and essential items only. A meeting notice along with the agenda will be posted by end of business on March 20, 2020. The agenda will be modified so please verify that your request or application is on the agenda. We strongly encourage everyone to watch the meeting online rather than attending in-person. Items that were removed from the agenda will be postponed to the next available Board meeting.
